I bet Dana has this card on DVD in record time too.Zuffa is going to make a very insane amount of cash on this card.

Couture and Lesnar makes this card very interesting. I’m anxious to see how it goes.

Stevens is a good fighter and will give Dos Anjos a good fight. This card gets better and better.

    hey ,
just off topic here for a sec …… have you guys seen the DREAM 6 card ? Looks like a fairly decent card in its own right . was reading about it at sherdog and they seem to have a nice set up .DREAM is starting to catch my interest , good stable of fighters .. cool tourneys … wicked title belts ….. out of all of the non UFC entities I’d have to give the nod to DREAM . They need to send some of the talent to elite for a few CBS shows . Would be good P for both orgs .

    My DREAM/ELITE XC CBS card

Lawler VS Cung Le - for unified title
    Crocop VS Kimbo

Alvarez VS Noons ( eddie murders him-yay )
    Carano VS Santos
    Baroni VS Scott Smith

I’d pay to watch this card in a second

  • timcat said:

Crocop can’t fight for Elite XC as per his deal with the UFC. The only way he fights in the US is if it is with them.

  • KOuch said:

    TimCat,

What’s the deal with CroCop. I know it was said his days in the UFC were not done just because he lost 2 fights……but where is he and WTF is goin’ on? Getting him back in the mix with Mir, Nog, Gonzaga, Kongo, Couture and Brock couldn’t hurt. I’m aware he lost to two of them but in his defense, it was a transition period in his career and I feel he needs ONE more fight in the UFC to see if he can hold up. I would love to see him kick the shat out of Kimbo…..too bad.

  • Dr Doom said:

    hey timcat ,

Crocop is fighting for DREAM in Japan and was released from his UFC contract . If the stipulation was for crocop to only fight for ufc in USA then have the fight card for elite xc in Canada. Then there would be no problem .

  • Dietrich said:

Kimbo Shamrock would never be as cool as Kimbo Cro Cop in Miami.

  • Rhymeskill15 said:

doom…u would pay 4 that card!?!?!

idk man…i wouldn’t pay to see kimbo..the man is a joke…that card is interesting though…lawler and le would be sick!!
i wanna seee kimbo in the ufc…idk why…but i think it will be fun!!!

  • Dr Doom said:

Thats just my TV card .If you wanna talk PPV I could add 4 wicked available fights like:

A Overeem vs tim sylvia (co main event )
Gesias Cavalcante vs Josh thompson-title match
    Nick diaz vs Shinya aoki
    melendez vs kawajiri

Now would you buy the card Rhymeskillz

  • Dietrich said:

Kimbo at home vs the Cro Cop has all the drama of Sports entertainment…(it was a joke)

  • Dr Doom said:

But thats why we watch the UFC ……. so why cant someone else do it ?It’s the selling point along with Le and lawler which would be a fantastic matchup .That one could go either way but i’d have to give the nod to le .

  • timcat said:

    Dr. Doom,
Before you question me get the facts straight.
Yes, Crocop is fighting for dream but at his request. The Ufc allowed him to get his game right then he is to come back and fight in the US for the UFC only. He was not released per se, but allowed to compete in Japan.

  • Dr Doom said:

Well Timcat .. According to the sherdog article I read the day of the anouncement it said they had mutually parted ways and released him from his contract . There was no mention of any lingering attachment to the UFC . however dana did say that he would be welcome back if he ever was to have a change of heart . So I was under the impression that it was done .So if he isnt allowed to fight for anyone else in the US you just have the card held in japan . i dont see how any contract could be indefinately binding after you are released / resign .There is always a way around things . I think Dana would let him fight kimbo just to get rid of the comp’s main heavyweight prospect .

  • Dr Doom said:

Crocop + kimbo = one dead slice .

He’d KO kimbo inside one round ….

  • UNDERHOOK said:

Get back on subject. Jeremy you better come out on top…we need this W.

LIL HEATHEN is still young to the UFC, but not the MMA world. he has tons of experience in and out. Everyone start paying attention to his guy - you will be impressed with his humble attitude and will to drive all the way to the end. J Stephs knows he needs this win. and he will come through for himself, the sport, his family and the 515. I wish everyone in his path the best of luck.
